As a Project Coordinator, your role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing quotations for RFPs, sourcing parts, and overseeing the invoicing process. Working closely with the Account Executive, you'll utilize your excellent communication and leadership skills to influence others positively and achieve results.
As a Project Coordinator, Technical Service, your responsibilities include:
- Providing detailed documentation to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Ensuring accurate data entry in Jonas to keep client profiles up to date for SLA modifications.
- Contributing to the monthly maintenance schedule to uphold client equipment and meet SLA requirements.
- Creating quotes for clients and assisting the Purchasing department in acquiring parts.
- Monitoring invoice generation and delivery to ensure timely billing.
- Handling client communications regarding disputed invoices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of industry experience, electrical trade background is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAP is advantageous.
