Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Ambitious, career minded teamplayer who will provide consistent support and guidance to all those around them
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation required
  • Working all line positions in a competent and confident manner
  • Performing all assigned duties as required, including prep responsibilities, deep clean requirements etc.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times
  • Maintaining a positive and committed focus to your own development and growth
  • Knowledge of dietary restrictions and a willingness to be accomodating different ditary needs
  • Receiving direction from management, and building on that
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • 12 years Line Cook experience in restaurant kitchens is required.
  • Food Handler's Certification is preferred
