What is the opportunity?


As the Administrative Assistant at iA-Private Wealth, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Investment Advisors and Associate Advisors.

iA-Private Wealth provides advice, service, and assistance to high-net-worth clients for their investment and retirement planning.

What will you do?

  • Provide a high level of administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction.
  • Work efficiently in a multitasked environment and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Submit and track transfers from banks and other financial institutions.
  • Keep others in the immediate team informed and uptodate about the status/progress of projects, and all relevant or useful information related to daytoday activities.
  • Greet and host clients at reception.
  • Organize meetings for the Investment Advisor

What do you need to succeed?

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Experience providing administrative support at a bank, or investment brokerage firm.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 360, (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet strict deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.

Nice-to-have, but not necessary

  • Experience working with highnetworth clients within the financial services industry.
  • CSC, Canadian Securities Course, AMF Insurance Course.
  • Postsecondary education.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of modern technology.

From $70,000.00 per year
