Terrana Services Corporation is an industry leading packaging wholesale supplies and technical services provider located in Richmond BC. We are currently seeking a customer focused passionate, Service Technician/Coordinator for our well established service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain administrative and organizational order for service department operations. Including purchasing and customer service
  • Managing service personnel including daily service call coordination and assisting service technicians when and as needed
  • New equipment installation and project management
  • Inside Mechanical and Electrical Repairs to varied industrial equipment and tools.
  • Assist existing service dept. with outside Technical repairs when able including Mechanical and Electrical Repairs to varied industrial machinery located throughout the lower mainland.
  • Maintain parts department to ensure efficient operations and accurate availability
  • Provide professional customer service and timely followups
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding
  • Service Technician/Coordinator experience in an industrial environment an asset
  • Focused and goal oriented
  • Dependable, self motivated and can work with limited supervision
