An opportunity to join our growing team has become available and we are currently seeking a Dispatcher.

Main Duties

  • Skillfully coordinate and oversee all aspects of truck shipments, including Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
  • Demonstrate precision in completing shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with truck vendors to secure favorable rates and optimal routing, while meticulously adhering to client instructions.
  • Foster productive vendor relationships to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Display a strong commitment to exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Continuously strive to enhance client relationships through effective communication and problemsolving.
  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to punctuality and reliability by diligently following up with truckers to ensure ontime pickups and deliveries.
  • Uphold the highest standards of communication in both internal and external interactions.
  • Foster clear, concise, and professional correspondence to uphold our commitment to superior service.

Skills and Attributes

  • Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in coordinating logistics, specifically in Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) environments.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated efficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to enhance productivity and communication.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision, displaying a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Adept at identifying issues and providing actionable recommendations for implementing effective solutions, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Thrive in highpressure situations and excel as a collaborative member of a highperforming team, consistently delivering results.
  • Display a keen sense of organization, ensuring tasks are efficiently managed, and priorities are welldefined.
  • Proficient at multitasking and adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
  • Possess the ability to think innovatively and find unconventional solutions to challenges, driving progress.
  • Consistently demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.

Day shift: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Full Time Permanent
