Our women's only kickboxing gym is on the hunt for a part-time
STUDIO MANAGER, ready to rock up to 20 hours a week Picture yourself as the driving force behind our membership growth, spreading positivity and energy at 30 Minute Hit Vancouver.

Your mission? To create a vibrant, safe, and community-centered environment where every member feels like a superstar.

From boosting sales and promotions to leading our incredible trainers and coaching classes, you'll be the heartbeat of our studio, ensuring every moment is packed with fun and success.

As our Studio Manager, you'll become the ultimate friendship builder, forging connections with new and longtime members alike. And guess what? They'll be so thrilled with their experience, they'll be shouting it from the rooftops to everyone they know, sharing the love on social media, and bringing their squad along for the ride Let's turn every interaction into a memory worth sharing and make our gym the talk of the town

Managerial

  • Oversee the daily operations of the studio

Generate leads, manage sales and membership retention:

  • Collaborate with owner on daily, weekly & monthly goals
  • Coaching and managing trainers
  • Assist with leading sessions/covering shifts when needed
  • Assist with free trials, membership upgrades, etc.
  • Ensure members are always encouraged, motivated and challenged
  • Give out tons of Fist Bumps
This would be a great position for someone looking for a part-time position while balancing other life commitments.

  • Looking for a passionate, hardworking, mature and responsible individual.
  • No boxing experience necessary as we train onsite, but experience in the fitness industry is required.
  • 25 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in fitness sales
    (proven track record of lead generation, conversion and customer retention):
  • Comfortable in a fast paced setting, you are always setting the bar high and doing your best.
  • Neat, organized and detail oriented.

$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
