**Sommaire du poste**

Relevant du Directeur régional, Opérations, le titulaire du poste assure la gestion des résidences, des ressources humaines et financières. Il contrôle les coûts d'opération en respectant les budgets, maintient un taux d'occupation élevé et assure la visibilité de la résidence au sein de la collectivité. Il s'assure de la réalisation des objectifs d'affaires ainsi que du maintien et de l'amélioration de la qualité des services.

**Exigences**
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou expérience équivalente
- 7 ans d'expérience dans un poste de gestion ou une entreprise de services
- Démontrer les valeurs RESPECT de Chartwell
- Leadership
- Être centré sur les résultats
- Capacité de supervision
- Aptitudes marquées d'écoute et de communication
- Orientation service client
- Grande disponibilité et flexibilité au niveau des horaires (fin de semaine selon la rotation établie avec l'équipe de gestion en place)
