As a key member of the General Merchandise and Fashion team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, promoting products, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assisting in the coordination of task completion and prioritizing tasks as communicated by the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
- Assessing and improving the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Fashion Departments, including merchandising display changes and corrective actions.
- Delegating and following up on daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
- Supporting with scheduling and assigning associates to support coverage and availability tasks.
- Participating in the training and development of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and providing feedback as needed.
- Contributing to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to Company policy and procedures.
The following qualifications are required for this position:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Previous retail experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
