Shift: 1:45PM - 10:00PM (In-Person)

What You'll be Doing:

  • Physical Inventory and Unplanned Counts_
  • 30%_ Schedule required labour with Operations Leaders and Management to complete Physical Inventory counts Oversee process to ensure accuracy and timeliness Perform historical analysis to investigate system and actual on hand variances Post all differences generated from counts
  • Inventory Integrity 70%_
  • Support Parts Supply and NPSC with physical and logical OH investigation request
  • Support investigation and analysis of parts discrepancies
  • Reviews/compares inventory to determine part claim disposition
  • Where required, perform historical analysis to investigate system and actual on hand variances to maintain inventory integrity
  • Assign Fixed Bins
  • Review and investigate picking denials
  • Provide coverage during vacations and unplanned absences for the Operations Planning team, including the following roles: Technical Coordinator, PDC Coordinator

What You'll Bring:

  • University degree or College diploma in a related discipline or equivalent work experience (5 year's parts operations)
  • Intermediate to advanced technical skills including
  • MS Office & MS Excel, SharePoint, SAP WMS, or related systems
  • Professional and customer service focused communication skills both oral and written
  • Quality focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills necessary
  • High degree of personal initiative
  • Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities within a fastpaced environment
