Reporting to the Director, Inventory Management & Operations, the Inventory & Logistics Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of inbound and outbound international goods, managing domestic freight logistics with our 3PL, maintenance of inventory and purchase order records, and ensuring efficient processes are in place to support our operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job DetailsFreight & LogisticsLiaise with Planning, Product Development teams and Factories to ensure timely review and approval of freight quotes for all new bookings.

Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
Negotiate freight rates with carriers to optimize costs while maintaining service levels.
Address any issues or delays with inbound shipments and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.

Reconcile inbound shipment receipts with Purchase Orders and identify any discrepanciesLead any claim disputes with carriers for delayed or damaged shipmentsWarehouse & InventoryReconcile accurate inventory records using inventory management software/systems.

Monitor inventory adjustments to reconcile physical inventory with system records.

Work with Sales and Planning to maintain Inbound and outbound forecasts for 3PLInventory Sku MaintenanceCreate new inventory items with corresponding data into NetSuite, including product descriptions and attributes, pricing etc.

Input purchase orders and transfer orders into NetSuite, conduct invoice to PO reconciliationRegularly update existing records to reflect changes in product details, costing, pricing, inventory levels, and stock movements.

Shipping Documentation ComplianceEnsure all necessary shipping documentation is complete and accurate, including bills of lading, customs documentation, Duty codes and shipping labels.

Organize and manage all Wholesale Shipping Compliance and Logistics with 3PLStay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to inbound shipments, including customs regulations, duty and HS codes and import/export laws.

Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline inbound shipment and inventory management processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to improve overall effectiveness.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in logistics, freight management, or inventory management is required.

.Proficiency in using inventory management software/systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Netsuite a plus)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review and analysis.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and solve problems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel to the United States is required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
