An opportunity for a full-time Contact Centre Representative position is available in our Financial Services department within Ladysmith & District Credit Union's Contact Centre.

The incumbent is responsible for providing courteous service to members, striving to increase member satisfaction by analyzing, assisting, and fulfilling all members' financial service needs, as well as making judgment decisions regarding the delivery of financial product and services to members through non-face to face member interaction.

This position processes a full range of non-member facing business and personal member transactions, promotes deposit products and services to meet member needs, and makes appropriate referrals to other departments.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Salary:
$24.70-$27.40 per hour
