  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee all work activities on site
  • Provide assistance to the Project Manager for insurance claims
  • Develop work cycles and detailed work schedules
  • Supervise project facilities and site development
  • Oversee suppliers and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards
  • Manage technical relationships with professionals and subcontractors
  • Facilitate internal meetings to assess worker productivity and progress
  • Coordinate design feedback with consulting engineers
Documentation
  • Prepare estimates, contract documents, and payment claims
  • Maintain updated technical documentation and ensure document control
  • Manage permits and construction drawings
  • Finalize monthly progress reports and deliverables
  • Transfer quality documents to the client upon project completion
Health & Safety
  • Conduct site inspections and implement safety programs
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions
  • Collaborate on occupational risk analyses and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Quality control
  • Implement and enforce the quality plan
  • Conduct regular internal quality audits
  • Review execution procedures with coordinators and subcontractors
  • Ensure inspection of building materials and work quality
  • Address non-conformities and oversee corrective actions
