The Office Administrator will interface with tenants, both existing and prospective.

The main role is to rent apartments to prospective tenants and maintain administrative procedures and protocols related to the position, while supporting the other office staff as required.


Typical Duties Include:

  • Filing, sorting, and organizing records
  • Respond to tenant account and procedure inquiries
  • Accept rent payments (cheque, money order) and record on deposit sheets
  • Superintendent inquiries re: existing and prospective tenants
  • Recommending apartments and setting up viewings with prospective tenants
  • Complete office paperwork

Taking in and processing:

  • Parking agreements and cancellations
  • Notice to vacate and notice to rescind
  • Transfer requests
  • Lease Signing
  • Perform prevacate, movein and moveout inspections
  • Process the A/R Report
  • Perform door knocking (rent reminders, rent collection, N4s)
  • Process the Availability Report
  • Document work order / service requests for residents
  • Delivery of notice of entries and legal documents to residents


A satisfactory reference check, criminal records clearance, and proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 are required for the position, though the Company will provide any accommodation required by law.
