Description de l'emploi:
Analyste fraude bilingue
NCRI est à la recherche d'un analyste en détection de fraude pour aider nos clients dans leurs demandes de renseignements sur la fraude. Relevant du superviseur des opérations de fraude et travaillant avec une équipe d'analystes de détection de fraude, vous serez responsable de répondre ou de dépasser les attentes des clients en matière de qualité et de performance. En tant qu'expert en matière de détection de fraude, vous serez chargé de mener à bien une variété d'activités de détection de fraude tout en traitant les appels entrants des clients et des commerçants, et de gérer diverses files d'attente et de déterminer le risque de fraude potentiel. Vous travaillerez à créer une atmosphère d'équipe positive.

Ce que vous ferez:
- Fournir un service client professionnel et réactif aux commerçants et aux clients.
- Gérer les escalades et/ou les plaintes des clients ou des commerçants. Faire des appels de suivi sortants ou envoyer des courriels au besoin.
- Aider les clients à répondre à leurs besoins de sécurité immédiats. Il s'agit d'examiner les demandes de crédit suspectées de fraude, de gérer les blocages de chèques et d'assister les victimes de fraude.
- Maintenir les normes et objectifs établis et adhérer à toutes les politiques, procédures et directives applicables.
- Participer à des sessions d'étalonnage qui donnent un aperçu des tendances, des risques émergents et des opportunités d'atténuer la fraude.
- Fournir des résultats mesurables et durables en contribuant aux initiatives d'amélioration continue.
- Rester vigilant en cas de fraude lors de ces missions et déployer des solutions sur mesure pour détecter la fraude et prévenir les pertes dues à la fraude
Ce que vous devriez avoir:
- 2-3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de contact back-office gérant des cartes de crédit ou des services financiers.
- Expérience dans la surveillance des fraudes, la détection des fraudes ou les enquêtes sur les fraudes requises.
- Démontrer une connaissance des processus de carte de crédit et une solide compréhension de la fraude par carte de crédit.
- Aptitudes manifestes à l'écoute active, au questionnement et à la négociation.
- Aptitude avérée à interpréter et à communiquer des données modérées à complexes.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe ainsi qu'avec un minimum de supervision.
- Flexibilité pour travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide avec des délais serrés.
- Bon jugement démontré et sens aigu de la fraude
- Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle et capacité de comprendre et de réagir aux besoins des clients.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la négociation et expérience de la gestion efficace et efficiente des clients difficiles.
- Maintenir une compréhension détaillée des produits, des services et des processus.
- l s'agit d'un environnement basé sur des quarts de travail et nécessitera une flexibilité totale.
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Certification liée aux enquêtes sur les fraudes, un atout.
