Job Summary:

As the Fraud Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in leveraging DataVisor's cutting-edge fraud detection SaaS products to address clients' fraud and risk challenges. Working with Fortune 500 customers in FinTech, Banking, and E-commerce, you will provide technical solutions and consulting services. From managing detection rules and models to advising on risk strategies, you will be the go-to expert guiding clients on utilizing Machine Learning models, Rules Engine, Device Intelligence Signals, and Case Manager effectively.

Job Location:

This position is remote-based, open to candidates in the US or Canada, with a preference for the West Coast time zone.

Specific Job Duties:

  • Understand customers' risk challenges and formulate success plans
  • Develop and refine risk strategies in collaboration with clients
  • Analyze risk patterns, create Executive dashboards, and monitor fraud detection performance
  • Lead technical discussions for in-depth fraud analysis
  • Collaborate with the ML modeling team to enhance detection quality
  • Implement detection logic and rules to improve quality
  • Act as a technical bridge between clients and internal teams
  • Present key success metrics to stakeholders regularly
  • Travel occasionally to visit clients, conduct workshops, and review business progress

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in fraud/risk management in banking, fintech, or payment industries
  • Solid data analytics skills using SQL, Python, and R
  • Experience in creating dashboards with Tableau or Metabase
  • Track record of conducting deep dive analysis on fraud patterns
  • Strong communication, presentation, time management skills
  • Prior Banking/FinTech or fraud consulting experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field
