A leader in the Canadian Transport sector, currently seeking an appointment clerk to support with booking shipments, supporting with pick-up information, billing, tracking and other tasks.

- Monday to Friday 40 hour work week 8am to 5pm
- 4548k salary range

- Appointments for incoming loads and outgoing loads
- Support with organizing the pickup loads
- Process invoices for billing purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service to carriers and clients by phone and emails
- Track CN loads
- Close loads from shipment is cleared
- Support other operational / dispatch staff when required
- 1 year in a similar industry / similar role, preferred
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Great organizational skills
- English with a functional French or French with a functional English
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to pay close attention to details.
