The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the activities of a construction project, working closely with a general manager.

This role involves on-site work, managing day-to-day project responsibilities and collaborating with the construction and operations teams to ensure project success.

Key Job Duties:
- Collaborate with experienced project managers to learn about client relationship building and project delivery.

- Support Project Managers by updating schedules, maintaining project controls, preparing reports, and handling tender documents.

- Attend project meetings, document important details, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools like Buildertrend and Microsoft Office for effective project organization.- Communicate project information efficiently, prioritize stakeholder needs, and ensure timely project deliverables.

- Manage invoicing, interact with contractors and suppliers, and maintain proper documentation.

- Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) and other project queries for timely resolution.
- Organize project documentation, handle timesheet processing, and oversee equipment management.
- Review and file documents from Consultants and City Inspections, ensuring project compliance.
- Assist in contract management processes and support management with reporting and documentation.- Monitor construction schedules, address delays, and maintain quality control standards.
- Contribute to local and Indigenous procurement practices to support community well-being.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Knowledge/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent qualifications.

- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, along with computer literacy and project management proficiency.

- Ability to multitask, handle multiple projects, and work independently with motivation.

Working knowledge of MS Office and SAPWorking Conditions:
