Minimum 1 year work experience or equivalent education.

  • An ability to provide desktop support both onsite and remotely.
  • Able to reliably work in a highpressure SLA environment.
  • Familiar with VM Software, with knowledge on how to create, repair and troubleshoot a "Gold Image" or other VM Templates.
  • Retains a highlevel of attentiontodetail, keeping on top of your tickets and making sure they are up to date.
  • Ability to service conferences, both onsite and remotely.
  • Provide technical support for office peripherals. (Printers, Scanners, Desktop Peripherals)
  • Aptitude with legacy and modern macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems, both mobile and desktop.
  • Proper backend set up, ensuring backups and restoration processes are in place, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge on diagnosing and replacing faulted hardware, cabling, and CCTV tapes.
  • Can upload and sync CCTV footage to cloud and/or local storage as directed.
  • Manage themselves in public interactions respectfully and professionally.
  • Willingness to problem solve difficult scenarios with a high degree of patience.
  • Effectively maintain and support team and client relationships.
  • Willing to work to industry standards and keep composure during stressful events.
  • Must be organized and cleanup jobsite on completion, without leaving exposed cables, wire, tools and/or equipment.
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Office365 Suite required.
  • Handson experience with DC cabling/equipment considered a must.
  • Possess excellent English communication skills.
