Roles and Responsibilities Include and are not limited to;

  • All government remittances
  • Be responsible for Accounts Payable tasks.
  • Assist with accounts receivable.
  • Be responsible for payroll for employees and subcontractors.
  • Maintain employee and financial files in an organized fashion.
  • When working in the office, maintain a clean and wellorganized space when you utilize it.
  • Learn the construction industry to be familiar with progress invoices and statutory declarations.
  • Communicate directions and updates to the team that are within the scope of your role.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Additional tasks or projects as needed.
  • Represent Liesch Interiors in a professional manner.
Part-time, 16 to 24 hours per week, with some flexibility of the schedule.

Job Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction or related industry.
  • Knowledge working with QuickBooks online
  • Advanced proficiency using Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong ability to multitask, problem solve, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and open to new tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of Canadian tax laws and regulations.
Pay ranges $ $37.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary:
$32.00-$37.00 per hour
