Must have at least 1 years office experience

Keyboard skills, microsoft and sage accounting would be an asset

Working independently and be detailed oriented as well as multi-tasking with strong organizational skills is essential

A cordial, polite telephone manner as well as good communication skills is required

Able to organize a crew

Other office duties include, invoicing, payroll, filing, accounts payable, answering phone and other office related duties

Hours of work are Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and every other Saturday. You will also be required to work full-time hours to cover holidays etc. for other staff member

Must live in Victoria or surrounding areas to qualify

This position requires taking the books home every Thursday evening and every other Friday for the weekend. Please send resume with contact details for an interview. Office is located in Langford.
