Culture Kizos in Becancour QC is looking for general office help. We are a small and busy team who are looking for someone to help organize our office functions and grow along with the team

Who we are?
Culture Kizos is located in Bécancour, at the entrance to the village of Gentilly. It has an outdoor and indoor cannabis production license. Culture Kizos has indoor flowering rooms and greenhouses that total 48,000 square feet.

The company, which is certified organic, holds a processing license to produce kief, hash, and rosin that it will manufacture without solvent.

Kizos is also collaborating with two research centers to develop cannabis 2.0 products and improve the quality of its production techniques and products.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors who come to the reception, when necessary
  • Assist with the layout and content of documents, letters, presentations
  • Provide support to human resources by administering payroll and other HR documents and functions
  • Support team members by preparing documentation
  • Prepare postal items
  • Manage and process orders and purchases
  • All other related tasks

Required skills

  • Possess a DEC in office automation or a DEP in secretarial or have relevant office experience
  • Be bilingual (French and advanced English); Spanish (an asset)
  • Manage priorities quickly, logically and rigorously
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Be organized, responsible, dynamic and reliable
  • Be comfortable with various online office tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Requirement)
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite (Asset)

Job Types:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
