Inventory Control Specialist

- Perform warehouse duties using MHE as required
- Investigating and identifying the root cause of inventory variances
- Perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts; ensures all timelines are adhered to
- Maintain Over Short & Damage (OS&D), short dated and expired products
- Process claims and warehouse transfers
- Inspect and correct Inventory Diagnostics
- Client exit and deletion procedures
- Entry and release of the count plans within WMS (CIEL)
- Review and analysis of sku velocity and storage development plan
- Picking support for stock outages, incorrect articles, and damage goods found during processing
- Participates in processspecific training and adheres to all work instructions and guidelines established by KN to comply with regulatory standards such as ISO and GxP
- Comply with GMP requirements
- Transactions balance over and under location discrepancies within
- Identify nonconformities and potential nonconformities
- Article maintenance and set up
- Follow all company safety, security and housekeeping protocols. Respect customer and company property and equipment
- Strive to increase personal knowledge and share work knowledge with less experienced staff
- Maintain an acceptable availability for work (absenteeism and lates)
- Demonstrate initiative and responsibility in all tasks in support of department and business goals
- Support, and personally contribute to, the company's continuous improvement philosophy

- 2 years' logistics experience in 3PL environment
- 12 years' inventory experience
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse operations
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Proven ability to investigate, analyze, and reconcile inventory discrepancies; strong problem solving abilities
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Intermediate knowledge of WMS (CIEL)
- Strong organization and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates and maintains professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel
- Demonstrates initiative and responsibility in all tasks in support of department and business goals
- Availability to work periodic overtime and a variety of shifts in order to meet the requirements of the operation
- MHE license preferred
