Your Role and Responsibilities


We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product & Technology Integration Leader to drive the successful integration of acquired products, technologies, and engineering teams.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Executing a comprehensive acquisition integration playbook that encompasses product rationalization, roadmap development and product release for general availability.
  • Driving crossfunctional collaboration between acquired engineering and product management teams and the existing engineering and product management organizations, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitoring and tracking key integration metrics, product development milestones, and technology integration progress.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • A minimum of 810+ years of experience in releasing software products.
  • Deep understanding of software product development lifecycles, software architecture and technology stacks.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization, with experience including product development, product management and customer support.
  • Excellent people skills: the ability to interact with colleagues, crossfunctional teams, third parties, including clients, and seniorlevel/executive management.
  • Exceptional proactiveness, problemsolving skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently.

  • Ability to learn quickly and desire to take on increasing level of responsibility.
