If you are someone who wants to make a difference, we are currently seeking an Integrated Planner to provide direct support to the Change Delivery Lead within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) for the Aviva Canada Change Portfolio Initiatives. Your role will play a crucial part in influencing the overall strategic outcomes of Aviva Canada.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver the integrated plan for the Aviva Canada Change Portfolio
  • Establish Governance for planning activities and collaborate with the Change Delivery Lead to integrate processes effectively within the TMO Governance Model
  • Ensure clear alignment with commitments made to Boards and Committees regarding outcomes, deliverables, and objectives supporting Change Portfolio targets
  • Track progress consistently, identifying any delays or potential impacts, and work closely with Delivery Leads to address issues
  • Articulate milestones clearly in alignment with the Aviva Change Framework guidance
  • Continuously improve planning processes and activities to align with the TMO Governance Model
  • Regularly review and challenge the viability of all plans, incorporating this into ongoing activities
  • Monitor dependencies, risks, and issues to mitigate any potential disruptions to plan execution

  • Experience in multi-Initiative delivery and building strong relationships with collaborators
  • Strong leadership in planning to drive project teams towards strategic outcomes
  • Knowledge of collaborating with Business and IT Partners and their delivery methods
  • Excellent partner management skills in a complex transformation environment
  • Ability to foresee and address risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex issues
  • Capacity to challenge the status quo, seek improvement opportunities, and manage risks effectively
  • Good understanding of Canada's business landscape
  • Resilience and ability to manage relationships at a senior level
  • Relevant professional and Higher Education qualifications
