We are currently looking for 2 EXPERIENCED Automotive Detailers to start immediately.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:● Cleaning and refurbishing new and used vehicles, performing any combination offollowing duties: washing vehicle exterior to clean cars, using cleaning solution,water, cloths, and brushes.● Applying wax to the auto body and wiping or buffing the surface to protectsurfaces and preserve shine by using a cloth or buffing machine.● Removing loose debris in vehicles by using vacuum cleaners. Cleaningupholstery, rugs and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, andcleaning devices.● Applying revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces and treatingfabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interiorcomponents.● Cleaning both the engine and engine compartments with steam cleaningequipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime.● Applying special purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which do notrespond to normal cleaning procedures; utilising experience and followingrecommendations of product manufacturers.● Painting engine components and related parts with a spray gun or aerosol canand masking material.● Applying paint to chipped body surfaces of the vehicle using a container oftouch-up paint.● Applying dyes and reconditioning chemicals to vinyl tops of vehicles to restorecolour and condition.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:● Daily tidying/cleaning of the shop which includes daily disposal of garbage.● Shuttling vehicles when required.● Plus any other duties that may arise in a normal work day.

If selected and an interview time is set up, please wear work clothes and closed toed shoes. The interview process will consist of you detailing a car with one of our employees. You will be paid for the time you spend detailing a car. We need to see your work and knowledge before hiring. Automotive detailing is a very physical job that requires bending, standing, working in water etc., for extended periods of time.

Work Day is Monday to Friday 8-5, overtime is available if desired and Saturdays are rotated between employees. Pay will depend on experience. Benefits after 3 months. There will be a 3 month probation period.
