**Job Summary**:

- Data entry of shipment in the software.
- Track & Trace shipment to ensure the well conduct of the operation.
- Work in tandem with the internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Respond to customer enquiries, providing quick turnaround.
- Mediate with carriers to resolve any logístical issues.
- Prepare and provide daily tracing reports as required.
- Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
- Proactively communicate issues to the team.
- Confidently problem solve issues such as a missed pick-up, late delivery, damaged freight or incorrect billing.
- Verify both AP/AR rates are accurate in loads and manage exceptions with this process.
- Execute any other logistics related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.

- Ability to follow standard operation procedures with little to no oversight.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

- Saisie des données des expéditions dans le logiciel.
- Suivre et tracer les expéditions pour assurer le bon déroulement de l'opération.
- Travailler en tandem avec les membres de l'équipe interne pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients, en fournissant une réponse rapide.
- Assurer la médiation avec les transporteurs pour résoudre les problèmes logistiques.
- Préparer et fournir des rapports de traçage quotidiens, selon les besoins.
- Mises à jour opportunes des informations sur le statut ; documentation de la performance du service et du suivi de l'équipement.
- Communiquer de manière proactive les problèmes à l'équipe.
- Résoudre avec assurance les problèmes tels qu'un enlèvement manqué, une livraison tardive, un fret endommagé ou une facturation incorrecte.
- Vérifier que les taux AP/AR sont exacts dans les chargements et gérer les exceptions à ce processus.
- Exécuter toute autre tâche liée à la logistique et assignée par le responsable direct.
