**Job description**:
Nous recherchons des consultants dynamiques pour renforcer notre équipe en **Systèmes d'Information & Digital** à **Montréal**. Votre expérience, vos connaissances et votre engagement nous aideront à relever les défis de nos clients.

Vous soutiendrez différents projets grâce à votre expertise en tant que **Change Manager**.

**Vos principales responsabilités**:

- Assister les Scrum Masters dans la conception des demandes de changement pour MEP
- Définir ce qui doit être coordonné
- Gérer l'exécution sur ModernOps et bloquer éventuellement le processus en cas de problèmes de coordination anticipés
- Rédiger des demandes de changement
- Faciliter la livraison continue, en particulier sur le projet Modernia pour CAB assurance individuelle
- Traiter les demandes de changement pour la production (et les autres environnements si le temps le permet)
- S'assurer que les coordinateurs de changement (Scrum Masters) remplissent correctement leurs demandes de changement
- Rédiger des notes de version
- Fournir une visibilité sur les versions à venir aux parties prenantes, en particulier au SAM (qui gère le côté commercial)

**Qualifications**:

- Français courant (bilinguisme est un atout)
- Expérience senior dans le domaine
- Connaissance approfondie des processus ITIL
- Avoir une vision globale et une connaissance approfondie de SaFe, DevOps et du monde de l'assurance
