We are looking for a permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a client in Cambridge, ON. The main tasks include processing customers' orders, handling day-to-day clerical duties, and providing full support for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in data entry, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Experience working with Sage accounting software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated with keen attention to detail
  • Experience with EDI is a plus
