This position is responsible for providing support to the Sales Manager with project quotes and proposals, evaluating customer's contracts, terms, and conditions, order management, and, account maintenance.

Major Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit proposals and supporting documents in customer quoting portals
  • Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives and ensure all documentation is properly executed and deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to make sure project goals are met
  • Manage contract milestone activities, and close-out activities
  • Act as a liaison and coordinator amongst key stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain contract related hard copies and digital records
  • Order entry and management
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer to arrange delivery of product
  • Analysis of costing and selling spreadsheets
  • Track orders to ensure delivery times are met

  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce or similar.
