Office Clerk

Duties:

  • Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in computerized systems.
  • Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry and working with computerized systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally.
  • Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types:

Salary:
$14.31-$24.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
