About this Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Environment, Health & Safety must be a priority
  • Support and initiate safe work practices, adherence to all Paramount policies and procedures
  • Conduct routine monitoring and maintenance of Sour Oil Battery's, process includes Inlet Separation, Compression, Dehydration, Water Disposal
  • Conduct routine monitoring and maintenance of producing Sour Oil Wells, basic pumping oil well troubleshooting, production testing
  • Pipeline Pigging and Batching
  • Participate and follow compliance initiatives including O & M manuals, MOC, pipelines, vessels, tanks and PSVs
  • Ensure operations are carried out in a costeffective manner
  • Conduct monthly LOE and production tracking
  • Identifying deficiencies and recommending corrections to existing procedures to ensure the assigned field meets performance standards
  • Contribute to the team achievement of meeting business, environmental, health and safety targets

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4th Class Power Engineering and/or completed GPO/PFO certificate is required
  • Minimum of 5 years' operating experience
  • Valid H2S and First Aid certifications along with a valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Working knowledge of gas compression and dehydration
  • Selfstarter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision, time management and organizational effectiveness are critical to this position
  • Positive attitude and a sense of teamwork
  • Able to identify opportunities to improve operations production, activities, processes and procedures
  • A disciplined work ethic, selfmotivated, positive attitude and strong desire to contribute is essential
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs. Must be able to learn, adhere and work with all Paramount based software programs
