The position at a glance
The role is of a Graduate Analyst within the Control Tower team of US Dollar Clearing & Payments department.

This team is responsible for the Operations Controls (OPC) function along with vendor management, and oversight of the Operational Resilience function for the department.


In detail

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Performing OPC functions including:
  • Assist stakeholders in developing/writing procedures and controls.
  • Reviewing control results from various teams
  • Performing OPC Controls
  • Capturing KPIs and presenting to stakeholders
  • Assisting on vendor management activities including review of contracts/service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Assisting on operational resilience activities including
  • Documenting business process flows, procedures,
  • Work with stakeholders to create test strategy, test plan,
  • Write/develop test scripts.

Eligibility:

  • Must be able to work in the local premises with a valid visa.
  • Has graduated less than a year ago or will graduate by June 2024 from an accredited post-secondary program.
  • Has less than 1 year full-time professional experience excluding relevant internship experience.

Additional desirable skills:

  • Power BI basic skills
  • Knowledge of Operational resiliency concepts
