SeaFirst Insurance is seeking a full-time or part-time Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and client-focused team at our office in beautiful Sidney.
The successful applicant will possess:
- A positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills that provide a warm and friendly environment for all clients
- Minimum 1year experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office
- A teamwork mindset while also contributing to a positive team spirit
- Experience with operating a multiline phone system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask
- Bank Deposits
- Delegating incoming communication to appropriate departments
- Processing of outgoing and incoming mail
- Office supplies ordering
- Data entry and integrity
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Hours of work will fall into the office's opening hours, however not earlier than 8:00am or later than 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday.
This position will be based out of our office is Sidney, BC; there are no remote opportunities available at this time.
