Stage - Assistant Media et Digital H/F

Durée : 6 mois, à partir de Juillet 2024

Lieu du stage : 9-11 rue du débarcadère, 92700 Colombes, France

Lors de ton stage, tu seras amené(e) à travailler sur les plans media et les projets digitaux de nos marques sur les 3 pays du hub (France, Belgique, Pays-Bas), en soutien du Media Manager et de l'équipe digitale :

MEDIA (60% du rôle)

Mise en place et suivi des campagnes media (offline et online) - 50%

Coordination avec tous les stakeholders (agences, équipes marketing) de la mise en place des campagnes offline (TV) et online (OLV, social media, display, partenariat media, podcast...), du brief au bilan de campagne sur les 3 pays.

Aide à la rédaction du brief

Coordination des équipes pour le setup des campagnes

Suivi de la campagne et du budget

Suivi opérationnel - 50%

Développement et mise à jour des calendriers media des marques (phasing, budget), puis partage aux équipes marketing, ventes et top management.

Aide au suivi du budget Advertising France / Benelux

Aide au suivi et mise à jour des trackers

Rédaction d'une note d'intention tous les trimestres à destination de l'équipe marketing et du top management des dépenses concurrentielles.

Aide à la coordination de meetings pour l'équipe (Omnichannel Days, Annual Planning, Workshops, team Upskilling, QBR, Digital Days...)

DIGITAL (40% du rôle)

Suivi et coordination de la création de contenu ecommerce avec tous les stakeholders (équipe marketing, équipe ecommerce, équipe Europe)

Coordination des campagnes search, surtout pendant les temps forts Prime Days et Black Friday

Suivi opérationnel - 10%

Mise à jour trimestrielles des trackers de performances de nos leviers digitaux

Réorganisation du réseau interne dossier digital

Création de contenus (newsletter, affiches, présentations...) pour partager en interne les réalisations de l'équipe digitale.

Tu as envie de découvrir le monde de la grande consommation ou peut-être de continuer ton aventure dans ce secteur, Hyper ou Super, challengeant (La connaissance des panels distributeurs/consommateurs est un plus) .

Tu maîtrises la langue des Beatles comme John Lennon la guitare et tu es en capacité d'échanger aisément avec tes collègues internationaux.

Tu as déjà une expérience en tant qu'Assistant(e) Marketing Digital, ou tu as la même motivation que Daenerys à atteindre le Trône de Fer que toi à découvrir un métier en marketing.

Et qu'en complément de tes cours, tu as envie d'apprendre et d'évoluer dans un environnement responsabilisant et sympa.
