Digital Platforms and

Workflow Implementation:

Identify and vet digital platforms and tools that support our business goals and improve employee engagement, with a focus on plant-level enhancements.

Implement and optimize digital workflows and automation solutions to increase operational efficiency and reduce overhead.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to expand and refine the use of existing digital tools (e

g, Frugal Automation and IoT:
Seek opportunities for cost-effective automation using IoT devices to streamline manual or repetitive tasks in our plants.
Design and deploy innovative, budget-friendly automation solutions to boost efficiency and cut costs.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Utilization:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in digital innovation.
Google Appscript, Python), data analytics (e.g., DOMO, Tableau, Looker Studio), and IoT architecture solutions like MQTT communication protocol
Exceptional project management and business analysis skills.

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.

In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
