The
Membership Administrator is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized administrative professional, responsible for managing and maintaining our company's membership database and related systems.

The Member Admininstrator works closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure all documents and member requests are processed on time and with accuracy.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Completes membership adjustments for all Clubs accurately and timely in membership system
  • Prepares member invoices as requested
  • Provide Insurance companies with membership quotes and required documentation
  • Provide feedback on employee's administrative performance to allow for continued growth, coaching and training
  • Continual member information maintenance
  • Prepares and delivers standard and customized reports
  • Process administrative expectations within strict timeframes allotted
  • Provide continued administrative and problemsolving support to all levels
  • Research and provide solutions to procedural and member issues
  • Ensures consistent adherence to Movati policy & procedures
  • Assist Club Managers and Club Support with any other duties as assigned
  • Participates and contributes to team meetings to ensure effective and frequent communication at all levels within the department
  • Actively shares best practices with Administrators and club operations

Education, Work Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to travel and visit clubs may be required
  • 2 plus years related administration experience and customer service is required
  • Related industry experience is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Excellent people skills and a friendly, responsible, serviceoriented attitude are required
  • Strong organization, time management and problemsolving skills are required
  • Proven ability to effectively negotiate, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ability to multitask with mínimal supervision
  • Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory
  • Administrative skills are required. Computer proficiency in MS Office, strong Excel skills and an ability to adapt learning to incorporate new technologies
