Our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory practice is in search of a Manager to enhance our Banking services in the Montreal office. We seek professionals who are curious, motivated, can lead a team, and provide exceptional customer service.
What you will do
As a Manager in our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory practice, you will utilize your business acumen as an integral part of a high performing team. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry specialists, enhance your skills, and drive the following activities:
- Be at the forefront of banking solutions, leveraging your operational and technical skills to address complex business issues for clients.
- Design, build, and optimize tailored business solutions aligned with organizational requirements.
- Lead strategic projects from definition to successful delivery.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Guide a diverse team during project implementation.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs.
- Contribute to proposals and demonstrations for potential customer requests.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Management/Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information/Technology, Finance, Public Administration, or Data Sciences.
- 5 - 8 years of consulting and/or banking services experience (Required).
- Proficient in project planning, stakeholder management, and communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently yet collaboratively.
- Sense of responsibility, motivation, and understanding of the importance of human relations.
- Openness to learning about new sectors and business functions.
