**QUEL EST LE POSTE ?**

Travaillant avec une mentalité d'employeur de choix, le spécialiste de la paie et des avantages sociaux joue un rôle clé dans la rétention des talents. Relevant du responsable de la paie et des avantages sociaux, le spécialiste de la paie et des avantages sociaux fournit à tous les employés de Psycho Bunny (détaillants et entreprises) au Canada et aux États-Unis une gamme de services intégrés en matière de paie et d'avantages sociaux, et ce, avec un souci du détail et de l'exactitude afin d'améliorer l'expérience de l'employé.

**COMMENT VAS TU LE FAIRE ?**

**Taches de la paie**
- Ajouter de nouveaux employés au système de paie et maintenir méticuleusement les dossiers des employés existants.
- Mettre fin à l'emploi des salariés dans le système de paie et traiter les indemnités de licenciement pour les États-Unis et le Canada, y compris les relevés d'emploi.
- Traiter avec précision le cycle complet de la paie toutes les deux semaines pour le Canada et les États-Unis, en procédant à des vérifications approfondies des rapports de traitement de la paie.
- Garantir les bons versements des acomptes, assurer le suivi des congés payés et gérer les paiements hors cycle.
- Traiter les retenues à la source par le biais de saisies-arrêts, de demandes de tiers ou d'ordonnances de retenue de pension alimentaire, le cas échéant.
- Maintenir et assurer l'exactitude de la base de données de la paie, en apportant les corrections nécessaires.
- Effectuer les réconciliations de fin d'année pour le Canada et les États-Unis, y compris les feuillets d'impôt (RL-1, T4 et W-2).
- Déposer les déclarations annuelles pour le Canada (résumé RL-1, déclaration annuelle CNESST, déclarations WCB pour ONT, BC, AB & SK, déclaration EHT, etc.)
- Identifier les opportunités d'efficacité opérationnelles et recommander des améliorations des processus.
- Veiller au strict respect des réglementations fédérales, provinciales et locales en matière d'impôt sur les salaires et des exigences en matière de déclaration.
- Assurer la conformité avec les lois du travail du Canada et des États-Unis, y compris les lois provinciales/étatiques et les exigences relatives au salaire minimum.
- Participer à l'intégration d'un nouveau système de gestion du capital humain.

**Administration des avantages sociaux**
- Gérer l'administration quotidienne du programme d'avantages sociaux pour le Canada et les États-Unis, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les soins de santé, les soins dentaires, les soins de la vue, l'invalidité à long terme et les régimes de retraite.
- Faciliter l'adhésion aux avantages sociaux pour les nouveaux employés et superviser les processus d'adhésion annuelle.
- Veiller à l'exactitude du traitement des modifications apportées aux avantages sociaux dans le système de paie et les portails des régimes d'avantages sociaux collectifs.
