Industrial Coating Foreman for our upcoming 2024 Season. We are looking for an outgoing, adaptable individual looking to learn and grow within our team and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe, quality focused and productive environment
  • Responsible to review and implement project specifications and client requirements
  • Accountable for all project related documentation, LEMs, and reporting
  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of painting and blasting equipment
  • Ensure competency of workers on site
  • Assist in the development of safe work practices and procedures
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities for process and production efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a supervisory role
  • Familiar with Industrial Paint Codes and Standards
  • Familiar with spraying and sandblasting equipment
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with 3year clean Driver's Abstract
  • Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake endorsement is considered an asset
  • NACE Certificate
  • CSTS or PCST Certification
  • Standard First Aid Certification
  • H2S Alive Certification
  • OSSA Confined Space is considered an asset
  • OSSA Fall Protection is considered an asset
  • OSSA EWP is considered an asset
  • Must be able to pass preemployment and preaccess drug and alcohol testing
