**Role Description & Responsibilities**:
Imaginez de nouveaux horizons. L'équipe pour la Conformité des exportations est une équipe globale basée au Canada et en France, intégrée au département juridique. Notre équipe est en charge de la définition des processus et des politiques assurant la conformité de Dassault Systèmes aux réglementations relatives au Contrôle des exportations et aux Sanctions et le suivi de leur implémentation au travers de l'entreprise. En tant que stagiaire, vous serez rattaché à l'équipe AMERICAS basée à Montréal. Ce stage est d'une durée de 8 mois de septembre à avril 2024, basé dans les locaux de Dassault Systèmes au 393 rue St-Jacques Ouest, Montréal QC H2Y 1N9.

Vous allez améliorer votre compréhension de la Conformité des exportations et de son implémentation au sein des activités stratégiques de l'entreprise au travers des tâches suivantes:

- Assister les équipes de Vente pour assurer la conformité des transactions avec le Contrôle des exportations et les Sanctions.
- Auditer les transactions de vente.
- Aider les équipes de Services à identifier les risques liés à la Conformité des exportations reliés aux requêtes de clients et à déployer les mesures nécessaires pour mitiger ces risques.
- Travailler avec les équipes R&D pour déterminer la classification à l'exportation des logiciels de Dassault Systèmes et les restrictions à l'exportation qui y sont associées.
- Aider les équipes M&A à identifier des potentiels risques lors de l'acquisition d'une entreprise.
- Travailler avec les équipes d'Intégration pour l'alignement des pratiques des entreprises nouvelles acquises avec le programme de Conformité commerciale de Dassault Systèmes.
- Sensibiliser vos collaborateurs à la Conformité des exportations au travers de délivrance de formations et de la création de nouvelles formations et matériels de communication.
- Aider au déploiement du Plan de contrôle de technologie pour contrôler l'accès aux informations contrôlées à l'exportation dans le cadre de projets spécifiques.
- Améliorer les politiques et processus et en créer de nouveaux en réponse aux évolutions réglementaires.
- Améliorer les outils de travail de l'équipe pour la Conformité commerciale et en créer de nouveaux.
- Effectuer de la veille réglementaire et le suivi de l'actualité.

**Qualifications**:
Les éléments clés de votre succès: Inscrit dans un programme de Bachelor ou de Master en Droit, Sciences Politiques ou Affaires pour la durée du stage.
- Capacité à effectuer des recherches, synthétiser de l'information and fournir une analyse critique de l'information.
- Possède de solides compétences verbales et écrites en anglais.
- Une première expérience en gestion de projet et/ou Conformité des exportations est appréciée.
- Rigueur, attention aux détails, autonomie.
- Adaptabilité et proactivité.

**Role Description & Responsibilities**:
As part of the global Export Compliance team located in Canada and France, our intern will be working within the Legal department. The team is in charge of defining processes and policies to ensure Dassault Systèmes' compliance with dual-use and military Export Control and Sanctions regulations and monitoring their implementation throughout the company. As an intern, you will be joining the AMERICAS team based in Montreal. This is an 8-month internship spanning from September to April 2024 based in the Dassault Systèmes office located at 393 St-Jacques Street West, Montreal QC H2Y 1N9.

You will enhance your understanding of Export Compliance and its implementation within the strategic activities of the company through the following sets of tasks:

- Assist Sales teams in ensuring that transactions are compliant with Export Controls and Sanctions.
- Audit Sales transactions.
- Assist Services teams in identifying Export Compliance-related risks presented by customer requests and deploying necessary measures to ensure the risks are mitigated.
- Work with R&D teams to determine the Export Control classification of Dassault Systèmes' software products and associated export restrictions.
- Help M&A teams identify potential risks in the acquisition of a company.
- Work alongside Integration teams to align the practices of newly acquired companies with Dassault Systèmes' Export Compliance program.
- Raise awareness on Export Compliance within the company by delivering trainings and creating new training and communication material.
- Assist in the deployment of the Technology Control Plan to control access to export-controlled information for specified projects.
- Enhance and create new policies and processes to adapt to new regulatory requirements.
- Enhance and create new work tools for the Export Compliance team.
- Conduct legal and news reviews.
