**Résumé**:
L'analyste financier, finances, est responsable du soutien des profits et pertes de La Source en matière du budget, des prévisions et de l'analyse. L'analyste fournira une analyse financière pertinente et des recommandations afin d'identifier les possibilités pour l'augmentation des ventes/marges, la réduction des coûts et l'affinement des modèles de prévision.
L'analyste sera engagé dans divers rapports, analyses et projets spéciaux récurrents et ad hoc.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne axée sur le client et ayant l'esprit d'initiative et la motivation de réussir.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Préparer les mises à jour hebdomadaires des perspectives pour le mois en cours, ainsi que les prévisions mensuelles officielles et les budgets annuels.
- Aider à la clôture du mois et préparer les rapports de gestion de profits et pertes et d'IRC pour examen par l'équipe de direction.
- Travailler avec l'équipe d'informatique décisionnelle de finances pour améliorer nos ensembles de données financières, puis exploiter ces informations pour nos modèles de prévision et prendre l'initiative d'analyser les données afin d'identifier les opportunités BAIIDA.
- Assister l'équipe dans l'élaboration et l'automatisation de nouvelles mesures financières.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de dossiers de prévisions pour les cadres en se concentrant sur les principaux moteurs de l'entreprise afin de comprendre et d'expliquer les écarts financiers et de mesures.
- Participer à des analyses financières approfondies et à des projets spéciaux afin de fournir une analyse financière et une vision à valeur ajoutée pour améliorer les performances financières et commerciales.
- Identifier les possibilités de simplifier les processus et d'améliorer les rapports afin d'obtenir de nouvelles informations.
**Qualifications essentielles**:
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, notamment dans la planification financière et l'analyse
- Doit posséder des compétences solides en résolution de problèmes et en analyse
- Capacité de respecter les échéances serrées
- Une maîtrise d'Excel à un niveau intermédiaire ou avancé
- Capacité à jongler avec de multiples livrables et à remanier les priorités devant des échéances conflictuelles
- Capacité à exceller dans un environnement dynamique et ponctuel
