Your contribution holds great significance at Mad Mexican, thanks to your support; we can serve our business partners, customers, farmer's markets, and events with positive and outstanding customer experience.
At Mad Mexican, we add our passion to our fresh and in-house prepared products to meet the taste of our consumer's as we participate in more than 25 Farmer's Markets and diverse events, shows and seasonal festivals.
What will be your core responsibilities?_
- Meet and exceed established sales expectations and goals
- Represent Mad Mexican with high level of professionalism
- Ensure positive customer experience
- Effectively communicate information about Mad Mexican Brand, Restaurant, Market and our Products
- Responsible for recording daily sales and reports
- Responsible for products and equipment inventory check during the Event/ Market
- Responsible to set up the Event's station
- Responsible to pack and unpack products and equipment required for the Market(s)/ Event(S)
- Possesses high interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain positive customer, team members and management relations.
- Being able to lift heavy equipment of up to 20 to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as, collaborative within a team.
- Ability to work within a fastpaced environment.
- Able to effectively communicate (both written and verbal).

- Able to maintain high level of professionalism.
- Proven experience working in Sales
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and French (_Preferred, not required_)
- Proven experience working in Farmer's Market(s) and/or Event(s) (_Preferred, not required_)
What requirements should you be willing to meet?_
- Must have a reliable source of transportation.
- Must be able to commute within GTA and surrounding store(s) location(s).
- Flexible schedule, willingness to work on Weekends, Weekdays and Afternoon shifts, meeting business needs.
- Must have a cellular device with internet to be in communication and share location during event(s).
- Required to attend our weekly scheduled grocery store(S) Demos.
