WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a member of our Product Management Team, you will drive product innovation & delivery of our SaaS offerings, as you guide your development teams to delight internal & external customers.

As the eCore Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of the product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales and operations to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth.

The PM demonstrates an essential balance of user & commercial orientation, technical, and leadership skills to align team members to delight our customers and deliver profitable growth to our business.

The PM will be willing to get their hands dirty & become a SME in this domain in which we are market leaders in Canada & multiple other jurisdictions.

Typical responsibilities and PM Super Powers you will apply;


Product Strategy:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends. You will help 'run the business', and 'grow the business'.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
  • Build the business cases and tell the compelling stories that drive investment, and deliver profitable commercials, and business outcomes.


Product Development:

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain our Product roadmap and backlog in support of your strategy, and our dev capacity & technical priorities
  • Collaborate with engineering & Global UX teams to translate product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and design prototypes.
  • Drive the agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams, removing obstacles and facilitating communication.

    Product Launch and Adoption:
  • Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market product strategies
  • Jointly develop product collateral, sales enablement materials, and training programs to support product adoption and sales efforts.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch, iterating and optimizing based on data-driven insights.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, customer support, and finance to align product initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including CSuite
  • Build strong relationships with customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product decisions and priorities.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?

We know you will have a wide set of skills, but to thrive in this role we think you'll need;

  • 5 years of directly related experience in a PM role for B2C or B2B SaaS provider demonstrating the above capabilities & delivering measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to align teams effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
  • People/team/stakeholder management skills are absolutely essential.
  • Demonstrable Agile knowledge & experience necessary - Jira experience is an advantage
  • System Design, API & Architecture knowledge is a distinct advantage
  • SQL & Data analysis skills will be preferential
