Cilantro and Chive is an independently owned & operated restaurant located in the heart of downtown Lacombe and in south Red Deer.

We service guests from all over Central Alberta and beyond, and are a popular spot for fresh simple eats, epic craft beverages, and a fun environment

To keep pace with the growth of our business, we are looking to add to our SERVICE team

  • Tipsharing of all gratuities to our tip pool for every employee, averaging an extra $7$9/hour in tips on top of base wage dependent on position

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred, with extensive customer service experience and food service experience

  • Service positions include (but not limited to); running the front door and managing reservations, packaging/processing takeout orders, cleaning and sanitizing, tableside service, mixing drinks, taking food to tables and more
