About us
Jeejeebhoy Heart Clinic is looking for reliable, friendly, and able to multitask Medical Office Secretary (MOA) to join their busy Cardiology practice

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Greet patients upon arrival, check them in and obtain OHIP information and any other necessary data to complete and maintain up-to-date patient information in Med Access.
  • Exercise and enforce Covid19 protocols
  • Uploading ECHO, Stress Echo, ECG, Holter reports to Med Access and sending out results for all completed test in a timely matter
  • Performing ECGs and BP.
  • Maintain examination rooms and work areas clean.
  • Knowledge of EMR systems Med Access is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Medical Secretary Diploma from a Canadian Institution is an asset but not mandatory
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical clinic, preferably Cardiology is an asset but not mandatory
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility

Job Type:
Part-time

  • French not required

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brampton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
