Responsibilities:
- Work closely with engineers and content creators to develop engine tools and workflows
- Mentor other engineers to enhance team effectiveness
- Create scalable, performant, and usable tools
- Collaborate with Product Management to enhance existing tools
- Design and deliver new features in collaboration with Engineering and Project Management
- Advocate for engineering best practices and process improvements
- Support game teams in tool usage
- Collaborate with Game Team partners to gather tool requirements
- Deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in game development or equivalent
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals
- Experience in C# and C++
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Proficiency in UI/UX development
- Expertise in source control software
Bonus:
