Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in recruiting for Skilled trade positions
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Account management
  • Experience in a 360 desk recruitment role is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area market is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Highly sales-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Independent with a keen sense of urgency, attention to detail, and adept at multitasking
