What you will do:

As the Continuous Improvement Lead – Distribution, you'll have the exciting opportunity to actively collaborate with internal teams and departments, fostering a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive environment centered on teamwork and the sharing of ideas and knowledge. You'll identify continuous improvement opportunities both within the department and across functions, analyze options, and propose innovative solutions to the Management Team. Join us in driving excellence and making a real impact

Participates in and leads the development and execution of continuous improvement both within the department and cross-functionally Maintains detailed documentation for each project outlining specific Distribution project tasks with expected timelines Communicates proactively and regularly with the Distribution Management Team throughout the project, including the control phase after implementation Serves as a Distribution Workstream Lead on global Acquisition Integrations and other global/major PMO supported projects Proactively identifies potential conflicts and/or risks associated with projects; proposes and implements mitigation strategies Supports and strengthens team by coaching team members on Distribution project workstream activities on smaller projects, as needed Performs root cause analysis, correction/preventative action, and troubleshooting using A3 problem solving methodologies Serves as a subject matter expert within the team and cross-functionally

What you need:

University degree -required 4 years of Supply Chain or Operations experience -required Experience with Excel, PowerBI, "preferred" Experience conducting time studies "preferred" Lean Six Sigma certification "preferred" APICS designation "preferred" Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
