Responsibilities

  • Work with crossfunctional teams from across the company to improve the efficiency and productivity of the company's manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of automated systems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance of automation systems.
  • Coordinate the development of documentation for automation systems.
  • Train staff in the use of automated systems.
  • Lead business process reengineering efforts to streamline operations, including the design and implementation of a warehouse management system.
  • Participate in the redesign or improvement of existing equipment and production lines to maximize efficiency and safety.
  • Analyze plant floor operations and identify opportunities for business process improvement through automation or other means.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in engineering, automation, or a related field, or extensive related experience.
  • Experience with automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading multiple projects in a project management role.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Selfmotivated, possessing strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
