Front Desk Coordinator

We're looking for a part-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our
_Winnipeg Grant Avenue_ team

Responsibilities:


As part of our front desk team, your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming customers with a smile, assisting customers with appointment scheduling, directing requests appropriately, providing accurate information, assisting with appointment payments, as well as several administrative tasks, special projects and events.


Requirements and Qualifications:

The applicant should have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum one year experience at the front desk of a spa or medical environment
  • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem solving skills to react quickly, problem solve efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain firstclass operational standards at all times
  • Strong
    Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have a very positive and actionoriented attitude
